<span itemprop="description">I’ve drunk this matcha for a long time, mostly because finding a matcha that is good quality, and organic, and is easy to find again and again can be difficult. It’s a good price point as well. But you definitely don’t need to use 2-4 spoons of it: that would be waaay too much in your cup. You can even start with half a teaspoon, as that is milder if you’re not accustomed to a strong matcha. Also, don’t even think about dumping it in your cup: you need to sift it through a fine mesh strainer so it doesn’t clump when you add water.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I've been drinking Ceremonial grade matcha for close to 20 years and the colour, taste and texture of your ceremonial matcha has declined over the last few years. You're charging a premium for a lower quality product. Not impressed with this product anymore. I stopped buying it from you and got some as a Christmas gift. It used to be a vibrant green, fine, smooth powder. Much better product elsewhere.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I always press my matcha through a fine sieve to get out any lumps and use just one rounded matcha scoop for my drink, not 2-3 as the package suggests. This one whisks like a dream and is so creamy, is a gentle sweet grassy flavour and gorgeous vibrant green. I buy this one again and again, and tho the price is $$$, when you calculate it out per drink, it’s way less $ than paying for a café made matcha and is 100% café quality right in your own kitchen.</span>

5 large ice cubes
2 tablespoons of cold water
Matcha
Shake until the ice turns into green slush
And there’s no matcha lumps
Add your choice of milk shake a few more times
Add more ice
Pour into cup or drink out of shaker

I had the same thought. Luckily in the store I was able to find and buy the bags on their own. Unfortunately selecting bag only doesn&rsquo;t seem to be an option for online purchases. Maybe DavidsTea may remedy that?&nbsp;

1. make a concentrated paste with 25% of the water and all the matcha, then add the other 75% of the water. 2. always sift your matcha, i got a little 3 inch sift thingy. 3. the quality is really good, im not sure why a lot of people say there are lumps but you can be sure it's fresh and luxurious
