<span itemprop="description">The tea is fabulous, my issue is that it took over a month to get to me. Instead of being able to talk to a representative I was given an email every second day that they had too many orders and they had no idea if it had been filled or not and please don't try to talk to us about when that may be or it will waste time. All while if you went to the website you could put in an order. Seems to me if you are failing so many customers already, you would halt new orders until you caught up...but what do I know. I was beginning to think I got scammed. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This just arrived yesterday evening, because of the high caffeine I waited until now to try it, and it is delicious!
I did let it cool in my cup, to just above lukewarm, and it was creamy tasting. It was sweet, with some earthy notes from the tea, Just the kind of tea for the coming winter.
It was just overall a very delicious cup of tea, well worth the wait, and more than worth the wait of getting hot water haha! I may even have another cup!</span>

My hope was that it would be a healthier way to enjoy hot chocolate but it tastes like watery vending machine hot chocolate. I had to add flavoured creamer to give it some flavour. It won’t be a repeat purchase for me.</span>

As long as you keep in mind that you are drinking a cup of tea and not powdered hot chocolate, I'm sure you will love it too! Very surprised at how chocolatey it tasted. Satisfied my choc craving anyway.</span>

But I found I didn't care for this and was disappointed - it smells great (like hot chocolate) but it is very watery and tasteless. Is it because I bought the satchets....maybe it would be better as a loose leaf tea. Not impressed.</span>

Wouldn't it be better to buy hot chocolate as loose leaf tea so that you get maximum benefit of the chocolate it contains? I would think that the tea bags would stop some of it from flowing through.

You could do that, even with the tea bags it&rsquo;s still really strong (I can only leave the tea bag in for max 5 mins before it gets too strong). I really like the tea bags cause I&rsquo;m lazy and they&rsquo;re slightly faster, plus I really liked the taste (although I haven&rsquo;t tried brewing without the tea bag) &nbsp;
