Oolong journey through time
Chinese oolong has some serious history. Literally called “Black Dragon,” this ancient tea has been in everyone’s cup – from Song Dynasty emperors to England’s Queen Victoria. Though we love a classic, we thought it was time to bring this primordial dragon up to the 21st Century. How did we do it? First, we added some sweet peach and apricot pieces. Then, we sprinkled some almond slices and topped it off with orange peel and safflower petals. There’s a little taste of history in every sip… (MK Kosher).
