It is easy to use and clean. My only complaint is that the Matcha that comes in the tins are not in resealable bags, so it is tricky to open them and not loose any Matcha. I've always wanted to try it and I am now obsessed. The included matcha are delicious and they make me want to try all the different flavours. I have since bought ceremonial grade matcha. The bad: The quality and quantity are not worth the price tag. The tins of matcha are very cute, but are wasteful as they are very small and also contain plastic bags. The shaker itself is low quality. The lid is hard to screw on straight (I am not the only one with this issue) and then the filter portion is really difficult to get off. I end up pouring it through the filter and skipping the foam in fear that I will spill the tea out trying to unscrew the top. Overall: Good for people that want to try match and are hesitant to try the whisking method. I was new to matcha, and I didn't want to heavily invest in all of the equipment required for the traditional whisking method. The good: As always, the packaging and designs are fun and eye-catching (the tiny tins are so cute!). The flavours included are some of their popular ones, and are a good sample size to try before committing to larger sizes. The bad: I really didn't like the shaker. It comes in 3 parts: the cup, the filter, and the lid. It always takes me several tries to screw the filter and lid parts in straight--it will leak when you shake otherwise. Once you're done, the filter portion is difficult to unscrew off since there is nothing to grip onto. If you leave the filter in and pour out your matcha, there is a small amount of matcha left in the cup due to the shape of the filter. Overall: As another reviewer said, it's good if you're new to matcha and are hesitant to try the whisking method, but I would wait for it to go on sale. The little tea tins are cute, and the wooden spoon is perfect... The matchas included were very nice, no weird tasting ones, all good The shaker is still going strong, no issues. Just remember that if you are using a non-sugared matcha - you need to sieve it first!
