I found some of my all time favourites from this collection: Vanilla Capuccino, Chocolate Macaroon, Forever Nuts and Cardamom French Toast. Delicious! I like my tea strong, so I tend to use the whole tiny tea tin per cup. I also reuse the tiny tea tins for storing pills, mints, jewellery and quarters.</span>

I just asked this same question in the chat. This was the response: Thank you for your interest in our Cardamom French Toast tea! Unfortunately, I have good news and I have bad news regarding this blend. Good news is, it is not a discontinued tea! Bad news is, that while operating in this new market, sourcing our teas internationally has proved to be a bit more challenging than previously; and we have had a difficult time sourcing the ingredients for this blend. Due to this difficulty we needed to make the difficult decision to temporarily retire a few blends while we try and source the ingredients! Cardamom French Toast has been one of my favourites as well, so I am definitely mourning this loss with you. While we don't know when or if this tea will be back, we will certainly pass on your interest to our tea department - fan favourites often make a come back!

I checked the nutritional info insert inside the box and the sugar content ranges anywhere from 0 grams- 4 grams per 1 cup of tea. Specifically: 2 teas have 0 grams 5 teas gave 1 gram 3 teas have 2 grams 1 tea has 3 grams 1 tea has 4 grams I hope this helps!
