<span itemprop="description">I hate giving a low rating but the bad customer service is what stands out in my mind. This product along with a few others was purchased late November. They were all gifts, some of which I intended to give shortly before Christmas. I got emails saying the product was going to be delayed but with no estimated arrival time. It is impossible to talk to a real person at David's tea. You keep getting circled around their automated chat. Eventually I had to run out and purchase something new because the products hadn't arrived. They did show up shortly rbefore Christmas. But barely. I do enjoy the teas and so did the recipients, but sadly will not order from them again because of the bad customer aervice</span>

<span itemprop="description">I placed 3 orders in two days and these showed up weeks later... I had hoped to receive my orders for Christmas but they only showed up after. I was very disappointed. I know they received many orders during their holiday sale but they should have been more on their game to get orders out. Whats the point of buying teas during the holidays sale if you can't get them by Christmas? Their products are great.. love all the teas I've tried so far. Hopefully you guys can be more on top of things next holiday season</span>

During this unacceptable delay, I called and messaged multiple times but was never able to speak with a live customer service agent nor is there any way to cancel an order online. Now I'm stuck with five tea wheels that I had to replace with other gifts. DO NOT ORDER from David's Tea unless you do not need the tea for a month. RIDICULOUS, NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This was the worst experience I've ever had buying anything online. I ordered this a month in advance and needed it by a certain time. I just kept getting emails that my order is delayed. Eventually there was no point in getting the order since I was leaving the country. I tried to cancel the order but apparently there is no way to do that. I went on chat and call multiple times a day but nobody ever answered. Horrible.</span>
