My whole family loves the flavour of Mother's Little Helper, it is probably the most requested tea when they visit. MLH is my go to tea if I have an upset stomach, can't sleep, headache or I just need to relax, and with this value pack I'll be set for a while.</span>

This is actually my least favourite of the valerian teas since I dislike hibiscus, but the convenience and value of these big sachet bags wins out. (Valerian Nights is much better tasting, in my opinion.)</span>

<span itemprop="description">If I need a good night’s sleep, I steep a cup of this tea before bed. I always sleep like a rock and wake up feeling refreshed. (No groggy hazy feeling)
Taste- it tastes like berries and is a teeny tiny bit tart. You could add some honey to it if you like.
I first bought this tea as a loose leaf, but found it a pain in the butt to clean out the tea thing (loose leaf newbie) so I was so happy to see they came out with the tea bags.
The one thing that would make this tea better was if it made me feel drowsy before bed and helped me fall asleep.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Ok, I have to admit, I've not yet purchased this format, but the tea is amazing! I sleep like crap, I'm lucky to sleep for three hours at a time normally. But this tea, oh my goodness! I used 1 tea bag/sachet for a 10 cup pot, and drank half one night, half the next. Those two nights I slept for 8, 8.5 hours EACH! I'm saving my remaining bag for when I need it lol.</span>
